SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship: We ship within South Africa only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Courier & Delivery Method: We ship via The Courier Guy service. This means your parcel is dispatched from a Pudo locker and delivered directly to your door.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been cleared and confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that many of our products are handmade. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day) processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over R850 qualify for free shipping
- Orders under R850 will be charged a standard shipping fee of R100 per order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. With Love & Grace cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery costs will be for the customer's account.
